You will be shortlisted for an online computer-based written/intelligence test at your nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Center (AS&RC). This test will be conducted from the five following subjects which you can prepare by clicking on the subject.

Steps To Apply For Pak Army PMA Long Course

  1. Online registration if you are eligible

Eligibility Criteria For PMA Long Course:

Qualification
  • Intermediate or equivalence with a minimum of 60% marks
  • Graduate (2 years graduation) and serving PN/ PAF personals (60 % in graduation and 50% in inter)
  • Graduate with 4 years program (60 % in graduation and 50% in inter)
Age

 

  • For intermediate 12-22 years
  • For graduate (2 years) 17-23 years
  • For graduate (4 years) 17-24 years
  • Serving Army soldiers 17-25 years

(3 months age relaxation is given to intermediate and graduate (2 years) candidates in upper and lower age limits)

Gender Only Male
Marital Status Unmarried (Married serving personnel of the Armed Forces over 20 years of age is eligible
Nationality Citizens of Pakistan and domicile holders of AJK/GB. In case of dual nationality, the candidate has to surrender the other nationality
Height Minimum 5’ – 4” (162.5 cm)
Weight As per the Body Mass Index

PMA Long Course Physical Test:

  • 6 KM Running – 8 minutes
  • Pushups 15 repetitions – 2 minutes
  • Sit-ups 20 repetitions – 2 minutes
  • Chin Ups 3 repetitions in 2 minutes
  • Ditch Crossing 7’.4” and 4’ deep

Interview For PMA Long Course:
